At Tern, everything begins with British produce. We work in step with the seasons, sourcing every ingredient exclusively from within the British Isles. Our menus are ingredient-led and ever-changing, shaped by close relationships with farmers, fishermen, foragers, and micro-producers who care about quality and sustainability as deeply as we do.
Each dish is created with precision, creativity, and respect, celebrating the origin, story, and character of every element on the plate.

Due to the nature of our menu’s we are only able to cater for Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian & some severe allergies/food intolerances with prior notice. These cannot be guaranteed without prior arrangement of at least 48 hours before your reservation.
