
To celebrate English Wine Week, we’ll be pouring a special selection of English wines by the glass and bottle all week long, alongside Sussex charcuterie, British cheeses, and house pickles.
At Tern, English wine isn’t a temporary feature or themed addition. It’s what we pour all year round. But this felt like a good excuse to open some particularly exciting bottles, showcase a few favourites, and make it all a little more accessible for people wanting to explore what’s happening in English wine right now.
Throughout the week, expect exclusive bottles, staff favourites, interesting producers, and a few things you might not usually find available by the glass.
Wines will range from bright and easy-drinking to more unusual and conversation-starting bottles, all chosen to highlight the diversity and personality of the English wine scene.
Alongside, we’ll be serving British charcuterie from Knepp, a selection of English cheeses, and house pickles made using produce from West Sussex Vegetables.
Designed for dropping in, sharing a bottle, trying something new, or settling into the basement for the evening.
