Cellar Door is our celebration of the English Wine movement. A showcase hosted by Radu Iosif .
Thursday 25 June
£120pp
As part of English Wine Week, and Worthing Fringe Festival, we’re hosting a one-night-only dinner dedicated to the extraordinary depth, character, and creativity of English wine.
For one evening, we’ll be serving five courses paired with five exceptional English wines, carefully selected to showcase the sheer range now emerging from vineyards across the country. Expect bottles that are rare, expressive, and often difficult to find; wines chosen not simply for prestige, but for personality, sense of place, and the stories they carry.
Hosted by Radu Iosif, English Wine GB Ambassador for British wine, the evening will explore just how far English wine has come and where it’s heading next. Radu has spent years building relationships with producers and has been quietly setting aside some truly special bottles for the right moment.
At Tern, showcasing exclusively British wines is a central part of our ethos; a belief that some of the most exciting and thoughtful drinks being produced right now are happening on our own soil. This dinner is a celebration of that idea in its fullest form.
Alongside the wines, Johnny and the kitchen team will create a hyperseasonal five-course menu designed specifically around each pairing, highlighting the same sense of landscape, seasonality, and creativity that runs through both the kitchen and the vineyards themselves.
An evening for the curious, the sceptics, the wine lovers, and anyone interested in seeing just how exciting English wine can be.
